5. Data Storage & Backups

The Services are local-first. You acknowledge that app data is stored on your device and uninstalling the app removes local data. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, deletion, or system changes.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, app designs, text, and branding are owned by Nest Apps unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Services without permission.

7. Availability & Changes

We may update or modify features, suspend or discontinue parts of the Services, and perform maintenance without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
